The Inner Calm Journey
The Inner Calm Journey is a small-group program designed for adults who want to better understand their anxiety, learn how to self-regulate, and build long-term self-reliance.
This program blends therapeutic insight and reflective questioning with coaching structure, clarity, and goal-orientation. It is shaped not only by professional tools, but also by what I’ve personally learned through my own journey with anxiety.
Over the course of 2–3 months, you’ll participate in 6–8 group sessions, along with 2 individual 1:1 sessions, providing both shared learning and personalized support.

This journey is about learning skills you can carry with you—so calm and regulation become something you create from within, not something you rely on externally.
