Approach
My approach blends CBT, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and emotional regulation—shaped entirely around you. My experience of over 1.5 years as a counselling psychologist, first responder, and crisis support provider brings warmth, curiosity, and genuineness to our work together. Sessions are collaborative, practical, and fully confidential.
